Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, a £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day.
You can reschedule once up to 12 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations and no-shows will result in a lost deposit.
We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, there’s a £10 late fee. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
All services are non-refundable. However, if a mistake occurs on our part, we’ll work with you to fix it. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
